Importantly, DO NOT involve the Soviets or the Germans, as they will contribute bombers and aircraft but barely any ground troops. Meanwhile your 20-ish strong army of horses and infantry is rampaging through eastern America. Make good use of the Great Lakes and Hudson's Bay as chokepoints, station forces there to prevent the armies in the West from breaching your main industrial areas in Ontario and Quebec.
As the American army gobbles up the Northwest, you use your armies (and especially horses) to encircle and destroy garrisons in the East.
America, if you invade late 1936-early 1937, is RIDICULOUSLY easy to capture as Socialist/Fascist Canada.
